Overview
CreditReport.com, the leading provider of online credit reports for consumers, required an internal order processing and management system that could grow with them and provide the flexibility to offer new types of online products and services to their customers on-the-fly. CPI created a unique pipeline management solution that utilizes customizable, extensible router and handler modules for order processing, allowing the system to dynamically access and deploy specific business logic for interfacing with any type of local or third party data or service provider.

Designed a database for storing pipeline configurations and process flow data, as well as all other aspects of the pipeline manager solution. |

Created VB “handler” modules for applying specific business transactions (credit card processing, credit score handling, address scrubs, fulfillment) and “router” modules for managing process pipeline transitions. |

Developed complete Customer Service application for managing orders, customer service tickets, and pipeline process flows. The application was designed to accommodate large-scale CSR operations using dynamic account locking and other security techniques. |
