The CPI Creative Resource Center is a fixed site. You will notice that when you drag the browser window the page structure remains the same.

This page is also centered, so whatever the width of your window the page should be in the middle. Fixed sites are commonly left justified or centered. The benefits to a fixed site is that the page structure is the same on all screen resolutions. The copy does not reformat and images do not move. A draw back to a fixed site is that a viewer on a higher monitor resolution will see unused space around the page structure.
